Chef Sarah Turner has been heating up kitchens both here and interstate for over 30 years. Achieving Advertiser Chef of the Year 2007, followed by The Advertiser Best Italian Restaurant in 2008, Sarah has cooked for 4 Prime Ministers, the King and Queen of Sweden, rock stars, movie stars, and international sporting teams.

Alana Brabin from ‘If You’re Game’ has walked a different food path, yet still holds the same values and festival energy as her city chef friend, Sarah. Alana has cooked at Beer and BBQ Festival, Tasting Australia, Pinot Palooza, and any paddock or shed that enjoys a fire while roasting game meat.
