Fine dining, Adelaide hospitality legend, Sarah turner, advocate for our international chef community and apprentices and outspoken on kitchen culture, has decided to enjoy the regional lifestyle and team up with her like-minded mate to have some fun and cook some great food.
Sarah was The Advertiser’s chef of the year in 2007, worked with international chef royalty and has an impeccable track record when it comes to real, genuine hospitality and creating experiences.
Alana Brabin, from “If you’re Game”, - the travelling table - Lyndoch hill, who has a walked a different food path, yet holds all the same values and festival energy as her city chef friend. Alana has been at Beer and BBQ, Tasting Australia town square, pinot palooza, and any paddock or shed that enjoys a fire and some roasting game meat….and veggies….whilst drinking a beer.
Together they are a force to be reckoned with. Expect real food, expect big eff off flavours, and expect a fun team providing a great time. Big Bad Wolf use product from farmers and makers whom use ethical and sustainable practices; food created and made by people who just love what they do.
